SpotOpp grew out of a recurring challenge
Before founding SpotOpp, Marion Panhuijzen worked as CMO and strategy advisor. Across industries and growth stages, she saw the same pattern: limited visibility in the real market opportunities. Sales took long to convert, marketing focused on other markets then sales, and leadership lacked insight on which opportunites were Big Bets or rather Big Losses.
To fix this, Marion developed a data-driven methodology that combines internal and external data to identify opportunity potential. This way sales and marketing align around the same priorities and can act with much greater confidence. The approach worked, but it was manual. Making it hard to steer consistently as complexity grows.
SpotOpp was created to change that. More than 40 experts in product, data science, sales, and marketing helped turn the methodology into a platform, built to give leadership clarity, focus, and control over their true Big Bets.
